Let us analyze the methods of ballistic missiles throw-mass estimation based on radar observations of different BM trajectory phases from the moment of launching to the moment of detachable elements drop. It is necessary to give approximate accuracy estimations of the resulting mass evaluations under the condition of information obtainment by modern radars from three main phase of the BM trajectory. Based on the statistical-decision theory methods, it is necessary to obtain the analytical expressions for true automatic control of BM parameters in prior uncertainty conditions versus the nuisance parameters. It is assumed that the nuisance parameters are related to the controlled parameters through some arbitrary functional dependences, and the nuisance parameters are estimated by the learning measurements sample. The general expression for validity shall be specified for two types of control tasks: by the mean vector and jointly by the mean vector and by the correlation controlled parameters matrix.
