摘要

In this paper, a modelling and measurement technique for propagation of indoor wireless communication considering the building's structure and human bodies residing in the building is presented. First, an effective model for simulating and measuring electromagnetic waves propagating inside inhabited buildings was suggested. Next, electric field distribution were numerically analysed and compared with the experimental results, so as to determine the reliability of the suggested model. Finally, the effects by the presence of people and the location of the source wave were examined by comparison. Simulation data corresponded very well with experimental data and therefore the effectiveness of the suggested model was proved. The electric field distribution obtained by this analysis showed remarkable differences due to the combined effects of the building's structure and human bodies. In conclusion, we conclude that the suggested model can better describe a realistic propagation inside buildings containing residents.
