This paper studies closed-loop supply chain models based on demand marketing of returning product, then analyses three stage decision based on complete information between single manufacturer, which only produces a single commodity, and single retailer with Stackelberg model, lastly compares the models. We find that in the recovery process manufacture should be directly facing the consumer, and manufacture making a pool operation decision has competitive advantage. Finally, the interesting thing is that on sharing information and non affiliated operation situation, the incentive factors from manufacture have no effect on retailer or the third party.
