Globalization brings forward new requirements for talents of real estate professional. This paper analyzes the development characteristics of China's real estate industry under the trend of globalization and the special requirement to the training of real estate professional. Introducing the development process of the discipline of real estate in China's university, we found the problems in the talent training of real estate professional. The training target is not prominent, the curriculum structure are not identical, the construction practice lack of education. By making the training target clear, the innovation of teaching system teaching system, creating multi-layer culture mode, building three-dimensional model, and extension education level, we put forward a new training mode of talent in real estate professional.
