Study on the Speculative Behaviors in Safety Management Based on Decision Tree

摘要

A decision tree was set up about regulative and speculative behaviors in engineering safety management. The conditions and factors by which manager's behaviors will be affected were analyzed based on the decision tree criteria. Some proposals were provided for safety inspection to eliminate or prevent accidents in project construction.
