The Research on the Computer Control Technology of Tobacco Production

摘要

With the continuous promotion of new technology and new processes, tobacco production tends to be more specialized, refined and intelligent. Bottom layer of control net is not any longer an unaided acnode. It joins automation control system, processing controlling and management system with enterprise resource planning system by the technology of Industrial Ethernet and Fieldbus. As a result, the data acquisition capacity and flexibility are improved, and it achieves from the control indicator to the control parameter and meanwhile the system meets the requirement of the flexible manufacturing process.
