摘要

The paper describes the basic design and technological features of vacuum photosensitive devices. Investigation of the possibility of intensification of the photoemission process using planar nanostructures with controlled localization of the electrostatic field, which are based on the film of diamond-like carbon, is carried out. It is proposed a phenomenological model that describes the tunneling of both equilibrium and nonequilibrium electrons into a vacuum from the concentration zone of the electrostatic field. It is shown that to provide high sensitivity, stability and durability of the photosensor the limit of concentration of equilibrium carriers using composite structures ?DLC film on the Mo substrate? plays an important role.
