The Internet of Things(IoT) in the health sector is progressing rapidly. IoT gave rise to lots of wearable sensors that can acquire the health vitals of a human being. The progressive nature of the human lifestyle has given rise to many new illnesses and diseases. The health care technology should also improve to provide the world with better treatment and care, hence reducing the mortality rate. In this paper, we have designed a system that can acquire the pulse rate and Spo2 values using smart sensors and send them to a smartphone over the cloud. The system is based on the Fog-to-cloud architecture(F2C) where we have edge devices, a fog node, and cloud storage. We conducted an experiment using a male and a female subject by putting them through various scenarios such as lying down, sitting, reading, jogging, exercising, climbing, and running. We recorded the variations in pulse rate and Spo2 in both the subjects during each scenario.
