摘要

In a stability analysis of a levitation-melting system fed by a series resonant converter, it was found that a response delay of the current envelope signal in the coil to changes in the position of a levitating specimen has an impact on the system stability. Simulation results validate the developed analytical model. Experimental results from a 1-kW converter are presented to validate the analysis and the simulation results.
