This study focused on controlling the heating temperature of the electric oven and made it more consistent and effective. There are three methods to control temperature and each one has different advantages and disadvantages. The traditional rotary oven used the capillary thermostats to control the temperature. However, it's very passive and unstable. Replaced the capillary thermostats by relays and thermocouples, the traditional knob oven can be controlled actively by the microcontroller but still unstable. The combination of power control and PID control can get the greatest feedback of controlling temperature and reduce the deviation within ± 2 °C, which is more consistent than previous methods. Besides, we can receive the temperature data from thermocouples and print the data to the dynamic chart. According to the ideal curve of preset value, we can update the parameters immediately and analyze the heating condition at the same time. The analyzed data can design various recipes in detail and be written in the program. Finally, create the program of the autonomous baking recipes in the regulation system can simplify the process of baking.
