摘要

This paper describes the high efficient 2.4 GHz band rectenna with the high impedance folded dipole antenna integrated with multi-functionalities including matching and harmonic reaction. Rectifier diodes are connected directly to the antenna without any circuit components. Thus, efficiency degradation due to circuit loss can be compensated extremely. The developed 2.4 GHz band rectenna with the proposed antenna achieves rectification efficiency of 91.1 % at 32 dBm. Efficiency degradation from fundamental limitation that depends on diode’s capability is less than 1%.
