A series of windtunnel ex-periements conducted in the Transonic Windtunnel Gottingen (TWG) allowed the observation of Limit-Cycle-Oscillations of a backwards-swept, clean wing for a certain transonic parameter range. As additional feature the Aerostabil wing model shows cambering effects, which have a strong influence on transonic aerodynamics. This paper shows the highlights of an analysis of the observed LCOs by means of CFD-CSM simulations. A more detailed analysis is given in. It is revealed that the LCO is driven by aerodynamic nonlinearities. The aerodynamic features include a two-shock system and strong separation. For the dynamic analysis the structural model is limited to one degree-of-freedom.
