摘要

Most of NC simulation software's for the current two-dimensional interface driven 3D scene CNC machine action, shortcomings of not consistent with the real working environment, as well as in the meter simulation, the system operator is facing a large panel to be displayed multiple meters, each logical relationship among meters is complex and other issues, the research is to apply Vega Prime in the three-dimensional visual simulation platform, GL Studio software-based meter simulation, OpenGL graphics library, which supplemented by an open joint development of three-dimensional virtual CNC simulation system provides a structured framework for the system, that involved some of the key technology solutions to achieve mutual communication GLS model and transplanted VP 3D scene display and data processing construct realistic virtual operating environment. Trainers can get the same feelings with the real world experience, and the research provides a new technical approach to apply to virtual numerical simulation systems.
