Each step from field deployment through to tube conditioning for re-use has been covered. They cycle of which can be shown graphically in this simple schematic. Knowledge of the sampling protocol, the science behind the processes happening during sampling and secure transfer from field to laboratory have been covered, including avoidance of possible sampling interferents. Typical analytical conditions have also been given that show the Method 325 can be used beyond the scope of Benzene for other HAPs and at other sampling sites, not just refineries.
