Probabilistic Safety Assessment (PSA) is an important safety analysis method in nuclear energy engineering and the PSA model of nuclear power plant is complex, so PSA software are used more and more frequently in nuclear power plant. However, PSA modeling, especially fault tree modeling, takes vast amount of time and human resources in the present popular standalone version PSA software. FDS Team developed a series web-based fault tree co-modeling algorithms and the online version RiskA 4.0 which supports fault tree co-modeling. In this paper, such algorithms and the database design scheme were introduced, and also, some fault tree co-modeling cases which showed how co-modeling was done in RiskA was applied. RiskA 4.0 made fault tree modeling easier and more efficient, so it would promote the application of PSA in nuclear energy engineering.
