Evaluating Alternate Paths During Task Performance

The ACAD guidelines are written to assist utilities to qualify workers to wrk independently in the plant. To work independently means to safely and reliably perform an assigned task per an approved procedure or work instruction without reliance on technical supervision or coaching. The evaluation of alternate paths as part of designing evaluation instruments is essential to this process.
