This paper presents a log data analytical process in telecommunication industry, for business intelligence interested in analyzing static customer data and dynamic behavioral data to improve their understanding of customer loyalty and customer preference. Leveraging the data of information systems is a crucial way to support the customer management. A data mining process to achieve key customer management objectives is presented. From findings of data analysis, the important attributes of the valuable/loyalty customers are revealed. This paper provides a proven data analytical method used to identify variety kinds of characteristics in a telecommunication company.
