Along with the development of Internet, Geo-information Sharing and Open GIS are of increasing importance for GIS application fields. This paper presents a method in which a pilot platform for Resource and Environment Geo-information Sharing for the Southwestern China based on Web Services, .NET, ISAPI, OGC WMS and Web GIS is constructed. Via respective WMS connector, each type of Web GIS used in the architecture shares their Geo-information.
