摘要

During the operation of the coal-fired boiler, dust and slag will accumulated in the inner heat exchange surface. Removing the dust and slag is able to improve production efficiency, reduce pollution emissions and decrease production accidents. It is widely used in many plants due to its advantages like large dust removing area, low energy consumption and low investment. In this paper, a new structure of cam-type acoustic wave soot removal apparatus was developed and the pore area of the throat structure was analyzed. The model of acoustic soot remover was built. By using a software FLUENT, setting frequency and pressure parameters for the air inlet, the working conditions of remover was simulated. The control system of cam-type acoustic soot removal system was developed by using STM32F4.
