The improvement of living standards has driven people’s demand for food quality, and the performance requirements of dough mixers have also increased accordingly. The paper introduces a motor controller of three-phase 6/4 pole switched reluctance motors used for dough mixers. The control chip uses STM32F103R8T6 microcontroller. The paper theoretically analyzes the basic composition and working principle of SRD, and then establishes mathematical equations; designing the controller hardware circuit, including the chip peripheral interface, power drive circuit, power conversion circuit, status display circuit, position detection circuit, etc.; developing corresponding software programs according to the hardware working environment, which adopts PID control algorithm to ensure automatic adjustment and reliable operation of the system.
