Plasma displays panel televisions (PDP TVs) are one of the popular high-definition TVs (HDTVs) with many advantages, however, they radiate high disturbance due to the characteristic of being driven by high voltage and high current. In this paper, the statistical measurement and analysis of radiated disturbance from PDP TVs are presented. The radiated magnetic field is measured below 30MHz, and then amplitude probability distribution (APD) measurement is progressed at the frequencies where the disturbances exceed the limit of publicly available specification (PAS). From the APD measurement, the characteristic parameters of disturbance are extracted using the Middleton's noise model and approximate empirical method. The A and Γ parameters are estimated as maximum 0.194 and 0.0067. Additionally, the disturbance level related to the probability and the possibility to exceed a limit of PAS are analyzed. The radiated disturbance is maximum 2dB and 8dB higher than the limit of PAS2 when the possibilities are 0.1 and 0.01 respectively. And the possibility for the disturbance of the PDP TV to exceed the limit of PAS is maximum 12%.
