Recently,solid-liquid phase change materials (PCMs) have caused much attention due to their large latent heat.In order to solve their sealed problem,shape-stabilized methods have become a popular research topic.In this study,we prepared epoxy/polyethylene glycol (PEG) shape-stabilized PCMs with different mass ratios successfully by in-situ reactive blending.The maximum mass percentage of PEG dispersed into epoxy to form epoxy/PEG shape-stabilized PCM was determined as 70wt % by observing the morphology at the temperature above the phase transition.The thermal properties,such as melting temperature,latent heat,were measured by DSC.The results showed that the melting temperatures ranged from 55.5 °C to 60.4 °C and the latent heat was proportional to the mass percentage of PEG.
