摘要

The project of gas pipeline crossing the Gan River belongs to oversize river-crossing project, which is adjacent to Shengmi Bridge. The main crossing layers are argillaceous siltstone, while both sides of the river bed are the gravel layer and pipe ramming technology is utilized to isolate this layer.The master rig and aided rig are used to drill the pilot hole, then to ream and pullback the pipeline. Based on the engineering geological conditions and the theory of horizontal directional drilling , these specific technical measures during the whole construction process are analyzed in details, which include pipe ramming, direction control, mud technology and mud spillover control, docking, reaming and cleaning the hole, resistance-reducing technology in pullback, etc. It can provide some beneficial reference for long distance river-crossing pipeline projects in the future.
