Municipal pipeline construction project plays a very important role in the city. The quality of the construction is contacted with urban development and people's daily life. Beginning with the pipeline safety management of construction, the article discusses the safety evaluation system, with the combination of considering relevant designs of project, engineering conditions and construction factors. It aims to provide a reliable methods and evidence for the safety evaluation of the pipeline project.
