Negative Air Ions (NAI) was regarded as an important indicator of air quality. Some plants can release large amounts of air negative ions under the highvoltage pulse stimulation. A further study on the mechanism has an important value of scientific research and practical. In this paper, it was verified that there is a low positive relationship between the width of the leaf stomata and the NAI content and that there is a significant positive relationship between stoma density and the NAI content, by researching on the changes of leaf stomata and NAI content of plants upon high-voltage pulse stimulation. At last, the causes for the relations-hip has been discussed and studied.
