Research on the Development of Agricultural Service Industry in Hei Longjiang Province

The quick increase of service industry is the most important trend of economic development. This paper emphasized on the agricultural service industry of Hei Longjiang province. The study showed that the relationship between agricultural service industry and primary industry is inverse. So, Hei Longjiang province should increase investment, stretch industry chain and exploit characteristic industries in order to promote the development of agricultural service industry and finally can benefit to the primary industry.
