RES IN THE COUNTY OF PRIMORJE AND GORSKI KOTAR

The area of the county of Primorje and Gorski Kotar has a great potential to exploit the solar energy. The Public Flat Roof Market project involves investment in photovoltaic power plants on flat roofs of buildings owned by the local government, for producing electric energy according to the status of eligible producer of electric energy. The aim of the project is to overcome the barriers posed by the procedure and to stimulate its simplification. By the Green Energy in my Home project, households in the County of Primorje and Gorski kotar are given subsidies for installing RES systems for heating and domestic hot water.
