Based on field test and indoor test of the key problem of agriculture in Shanxi province, capability of soil infiltration and soil moisture content, soil volume-weight, content of soil organic matter, soil structure were measured in the paper. Infiltration content and infiltration rate reflect the capability of soil infiltration. Ten Yumenkou irrigation districts are located in Hejin, Jishan, Xinjiang respectively, where the soil can represent the soil feature very well. The findings of the research indicate that the factors which influence field soil water infiltration characteristics include soil structure, soil moisture, soil texture, soil organism quality and so on. Capability of soil infiltration will increase with soil moisture going down. In general, capability of soil infiltration in scarifying soil is the most, then the compaction soil following, and the last one is previous condition soil. When the content of clay particle and volume weight in the soil increase, the capability of soil infiltration will drop. It will rise with the increasing of soil organism quality. The study on soil infiltration will offer scientific reasons for the rational determining of field irrigation technique parameter.
