The conception of the City of Columbia’s Inflow and Infiltration Reduction Program (IIRP)

This presentation will discuss the process the City of Columbia has undergone for preparing the ordinances, identifying private property inflow and infiltration (I&I) sources, removing the I&I sources and tracking the progress of the removal and reimbursement for the City’s first I & I program.
