摘要

This paper which quotes BSC principle idea establishes a indications evaluation system containing enterprise informatization construction phase and finish phase through analyzing enterprise informatization construction process and researching main problems in the enterprise informatization performance evaluation. And constructs a evaluation model for enterprise informatization performance based on data handling process through adopting FAHP and FCE evaluation methods, and provide the advantage of the model.
