The equivalent circuit of helix slow wave structure with simultaneous consideration of the forward and backward spatial harmonics

This report includes an examination of the equivalent circuit, consisting of capacitance and inductance, used for the approximation of the propagation of electromagnetic waves in slow-wave structure simultaneously the forward and backward harmonics; comparison of the dispersion curves of both actual slow-wave structure and equivalent circuit; the estimation of the parameters of the equivalent circuit according to a numerical modeling with three-dimensional computer code.
