摘要

A kind of displacement measurement instruments based on polarized light displacement sensor is presented in this chapter. The signals from two polarized light displacement sensors that respectively indicate the value of coordinate X and coordinate Y are subdivided by a special circuit. After the subdivided signals are identified and counted, a microprocessor processes the identified and counted signals to obtain the values of the displacement and implements the error correction algorithm. The characteristics of the instrument are reliable, easy to extend and convenient to debug.
