摘要

The study of the cellular dynamics of the C2C12 cell is a basic building block for understanding the behavior of all cells. With this knowledge, a more specific fiber scaffold can be designed to encourage cell migration to a target area, promoting cell growth. In addition the scaffold surface could be designed to increase cell life. This specialized scaffold would increase the efficiency of sutures and open many avenues that utilize the cell as a healing tool.
