Increasing ROI using thermal oxidation with regenerative heat recovery (RTO)

The investment in the new exhaust air cleaning system enabled a 60% reduction of energy costs approximately $800,000. Return on Investment was approximately 1 1/2 years after which the continued savings added to the bottom line. With the new RTO the further increase of the production was secured. In any case, it is worthwhile to consider such an air purification system not only for the reduction of pollutants but as a part of the energy supply system.
