Volatilization from Dredged Material: Comparison of Modeling Results to Monitoring Results

Results of the air monitoring performed at the perimeter of OU-1, the perimeter of the UPF, and at two residential locations were compared to predictive air model results. The air model results accurately predicted, and in most cases over estimated, emissions from the project, thereby protecting the public while preventing the installation of unnecessary emission controls.
