During the last years, natural ecosystems are being replaced by urban development and the distance between people and natural spaces has also increased due to cumulative and accelerated urbanization. Therefore, the necessity of increasing urban green spaces and the idea of incorporating natural areas to create healthier and enjoyable cities is now being considered.
