Domestic factory independently invented a new set of opening/closing mechanism,based on the policy of digestion,absorption and the secondly innovation. To prove its safety and reliability, the structural strength in the condition of the aerodynamic force was analysed,and the stress testing experiment of the mechanism key position was also done to make sure that the results of the numerical calculation is true. In the end, the results of the numerical calculation and the stress test are almost the same. The errors are within 10% except the maximal one 11.5%. Finally the conclusion is that the numerical calculation is accurate and the oening/cosing mchanism of CRH3 can meet the related standard in the condition of the speed 420 km/h.
