Efficiency increasing methods for orbital satellite survey of randomly located areas

The basic steps of satellite survey simulating and planning of long and poorly contrast objects with nonzero angular velocities for control efficiency increase of a remote sensing spacecraft with high resolution optoelectronic scanner are described.
