Precision calculation of blackbody radiation shifts for metrology at the 18^th decimal place

We present a new approach for accurate calculation of atomic polarizabilities, apply it to evaluate BBR shifts in optical clock transitions in Al⁺, B⁺ and In⁺, and find uncertainties below 10⁻¹⁸ in some cases.
