The knowledge sharing system of the basic structure of library and its implementation models

摘要

This paper believes that the knowledge sharing system of library has the brief following seven constituent elements: the infrastructure, the institutional arrangements, the ideas, the organization, the explicit knowledge resources, the implicit knowledge and the users, etc. They are interconnected and form an overall framework of knowledge sharing of library that has three levels: the support layer, the resource layer and the sharing application layer. Based on this, the article gives a knowledge sharing model based on a single library and a knowledge sharing model of the joint-library.
