The formation mechanism of risk in monetary policy regulation under the background of RMB internationalization

The issue of RMB internationalization has been the hotspot in the academic world. Especially the financial crisis takes the monetary power of US by the challenges and makes more economists take his eyes shifted to the RMB. It is of significantly practical value to take more attention to the feasibility and necessity of RMB internationalization, the conditions of RMB internationalization and the path selection of RMB internationalization and so on. But the question we are facing is that if RMB internaltionaizes, how can we solve such difficulties as the fiscal policy and monetary policy encountered by European Union during this financial crisis saving? Therefore, researching into the risk of monetary policy is even more important under the background of the RMB internationalization. This paper firstly explores the more difficulties for the monetary policy regulation under the background of the RMB internationalization from holistic and specific theory, on this basis, reaching out theoretical model further to analyze the potential risk quantitatively, putting forward the precautionary measure of risk accordingly. The paper assumes that we should not only anatomize the kinds of risks during the monetary policy regulation, but also adopt positive measures to prevent, to be careful consideration and taken preventive measures under the premise of envisaging kinds of risks.
