Graphene has shown various unique transport properties reflecting its massless Dirac fermion nature. One of the most remarkable properties is the Klein tunneling, that is, perfect electron transmission through the potential barrier. It prevents electron confinement by potential barriers in graphene. So, electron transport across the boundary between two graphene regions with different potential (graphene junctions) is an important subject in Dirac physics.
