摘要

In this paper, the preparation technology of spherical titanium alloy powder (tc4) has been studied by using of continuous induction plasma powder synthesis system, and the flow-ability , particle size , the impurity content of powder before and after plasma treatment have been measured and compared.The result shows that, by applying for induction plasma preparation technology .the powder's flow-ability is improved above 20%, oxygen and carbon content is decreased markedly.The powder's sphericize rate and recovery rate are above 95% and 90% after plasma spherical treatment.
