The Telecom Net Resources Management System Based on MapX and Oracle

摘要

This paper introduces the system design thought of managing graphic data of telecom resources by MapX embeded in Delphi and the thought of storing graphic data of telecom resources.Based on the thought, this paper shows the system construction, system functions and analyzes the key techniques such as reading and writing Graphic data, moving the objects of resource points, then gives the solutions and key codes.The system conclusion and prospect are also provided.
