Resolution to Coal mine Social Insurance Fund Lean Management Information System

摘要

The primary goal of this research is to solve these problems such as low efficiency, human errors and unenlightened mode for social insurance fund management in coal mine currently. It gives threelayer B/S system structure and three key modules including information publication and management, social insurance fund management, system management on the basis of requirements analysis, general design and detail design according to social insurance fund theory and MIS theory. Subsequently it gives a detailed description about how to realize coal mine social insurance fund lean management information system by SQL SERVER database platform and ASP.NET development tool. Realization and application of the system set up a regular mode for coal mine, regulating data and operation process, simplifying workflow, reducing human errors, and achieved lean management of information between company social insurance center, coal mine social insurance management center and basic department.
