Common algorithms for tree-level data management during software design and development were introduced. To cope with the problems of present algorithms such as low execution efficiency, lacking of flexibility, commonality and security, an analogous LOD algorithm for handling complicated and large scale tree-level data was put up. Related techniques were introduced and formalized description of analogous LOD algorithm was given in detail. A universal tree-level service component was designed and developed based on analogous LOO algorithm and SOA-SSH framework, and then it was applied to National Urgent Logistics Command and Control Platform. Through the analysis of experimental data, results indicated that the component designed and implemented by this dissertation had good performance such as effectiveness, adaptability, versatility, reliability and safety in realizing the mass data loading and its maintenance. All of these good points gave a valuable referenced implementation gateway for highly active and safe processing of large scale tree-level data.
