Considering the different feature classification and affiliation of the factors that affecting the safety of LNG Terminal, Interpretive Structural Modeling Method (ISM) is applied in the risk analysis on the safety of LNG Terminal in order to seek the relationship among all factors directly, making special research on characteristics of LNG Terminal, touring the scene, visiting experts and units that concerned, determining risk elements of safety, establishing an multi-step interpretative structural model, through which the twelve affecting factors are classified into five levels and the relationship of these factors are analyzed in detail and with suggestions.
