This paper focus on load balancing performance in LTE network. Load balancing is an important method to reduce the system load quickly especially under the condition of sudden overload. But the order of transferred user will affect the system effect. The efficiency of randomly load transfer mode is low. This paper proposed a new user priority sorting algorithm to improve the performance. The user's channel condition and transmit rate will decide the priority. The sequence of load transferring will not random but obey the users' priority. After using this algorithm, system transferred times less than not using this algorithm. With the more serious situation system overload, the more obvious advantages of using algorithm.
