The signal converter, the key part of semi-physical simulation system, was implemented to meet the needs existing in the process of real electrical signals transfer between state parameters of virtual controlled system and control parameters of controllers.The converter use LSB2.0 communicate with PC at high speed, in order to transfer many kinds of signals in real time.The A/O and the D/A modules, which contain many channels each at most, were implemented according to the system state parameters and control parameters which were decided by the controller.The pulse modules and the digital IO modules were implemented according to speed sensors, which output pulse such as a rotational velocity.
