摘要

A kind of CAD system for motor reliability design was developed.First,characters of solid rocket motor reliability design were analyzed.Principal function modules such as motor system reliability design,failure mode and effects analysis,motor structure and performance parameter uncertainty design,reliability assessment and reliability database were designed based on object oriented method.Then,some critical technical like establish motor reliability index system,combine qualitative and quantitative analysis,design the data structure of system were solved.Finally,an engineering instance was presented to identify' that this CAD system can satisfy the requirements of motor reliability design,make reliability design more effective and available and provides technique support for motor reliability research and development.
